You either use our certified and secure website to purchase, use the Pay Pal function, download our order form and fax it in (415-752-2144) OR just call us and we can do the sale over the phone. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable in placing your order with us. We have been a brick and mortar since 1997 and are still going strong so please, feel secure when placing your order. Also, if you would like a gift box, let us know. We give a complimentary gift box with orange ribbon if desired (items that are boxed, such as games, do not get a gift box). Ordering: Please allow 2 weeks delivery within the Continental U.S. Due to the fact that all of our items are handmade, some items may take up to 6 - 8 weeks. You will be notified regarding a longer delivery time. If you need for a specific date or occasion, please note on order. We will contact you if the item(s) is not in stock and give you an approximate ship date. You will need to confirm that a later delivery is O.K. before we process the order.

Return Policy: Our brick and mortar policy is "store credit only within 10 days of purchase with receipt". We would like to have the same policy online but realize that that is not always a good idea. THEREFORE, our online return policy is: Call for a Return Authorization number within 2 weeks of purchase. Item must be returned in perfect condition with the original receipt enclosed and the R.A. number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Once the item is received by Kumquat Art, we will determine if the condition is still perfect and credit only the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Customer pays for return shipping.

Damages: Customer must call upon receipt of damaged package for a damage claim. Any damages more than 5 days after receipt of package are considered invalid.
